OVBC Monthly News Letter
Meeting held Feb 7th, 2012, 7:00 PM, Hometown Pizza, Omak

OLD BUSSINESS:
Club Insurance: Update: It was voted and approved to purchase AMA Club insurance. All the
details will be provided as soon as they arrive.
Awards Banquette: Update: March 10 at the Eagles Club located on Elmway in Okanogan.
Check the OVBC Special web page for the Flyer. Happy hour will start at 5:00PM followed by
dinner, steak and prawns etc. for $13.00 per person. Please RSVP to Rick Golleher 826-5959 or
golleher@ncidata.com for dinner head count. There will be Trophy Awards and Auction following
dinner. If you would like to donate items for the auction you can drop them off at the March 6th
club meeting
NEW BUSINESS:
UP-COMING BUSINESS: There was discussion on opening our OVBC tournaments to active
members of other clubs as associate members. Active members of other clubs would pay the
standard entry fee + $1.00 (?) annual associate membership fee?

Reminder: Once again it is time to pay your 2012 club dues. The annual dues were increased to
$30.00 per year effective 1 January 2012.
